cider-loving pizza makers
You’ll easily find us right in the heart of the city, on Bristol’s Harbourside. We’ve stripped the space right back to its bare bones. It’s a warehouse beauty with exposed (previously hidden) brick walls, a very old terracotta floor and striking metal supports. Our open kitchen spans almost the entire length of the building, showing the chefs working in unison to deliver a quick service. Drop by and delve into the depths of cider, whilst taking a relaxing perch by the harbour.
We love our music here. We’ve always got live music on. Dust off those dancing shoes and come on down!
Our nearest parking is on Millennium Square just a short stroll away.
Favourite cider: Rum Cask by Mill Whites (medium-dry, well-rounded, tastes like rum)
I’m from Paris and I see my job as like the French sommelier. Everyone thinks they know what cider tastes like so I enjoy giving them something new to challenge preconceptions.
Favourite cider: Sandfords Devon Red, A scintillating sweet cider that washes down your throat smoothly, like a Golden Retriever running in the wind.
I enjoy being cider master not for the cape and mask (which I made my self) but because I think it’s important that people knew the wonderful truth about cider, prepare to get woke.
