Our number one commitment remains the wellbeing of our guests and our teams. We have put in place measures based on advice and guidance provided by the government and industry bodies. We continue to closely monitor the latest regulations and guidelines set out by the government to ensure we are fully compliant.
Here’s what we’re doing:
In order to comply with UK government, eat-in guests will only be allowed to dine in a maximum group of 6 people.
Track & Trace
For customers who would like to eat in our restaurants, each individual diner is required to complete the Track & Trace registry. This will allow a temporary record to be held for 21 days, to assist with any NHS Test and Trace requests. There will be QR code links available for both the NHS Covid-19 app and The Stable’s ‘check-in’ registry within the restaurant to fill in your information. The team are also on hand to help with this process.
We are encouraging contactless payments to avoid handling cash. Card machines when used will be sanitised between every use.
We have introduced new measures to ensure that we meet government advice on safe distancing. We ask all our guests to be respectful of this policy when they visit us.
Sanitiser and handwashing
All customer service points will have a dedicated hand sanitising point. Every person entering the premise is requested to sanitise their hands before entering. An increased hand wash policy is also in place for all team members with employees prompted to wash their hands every 30 minutes.
Increased cleaning operations are in place in all restaurants. Frequent cleaning of work areas and equipment between uses is compulsory.
